Future Lab has built many applications and libraries that are provided under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL). This GPL license allows anyone to:

• Acquire the software free of charge (some companies may charge for packaging the software)
• Acquire the source code also free of charge
• Give the software package to anyone you like
• Re-distribute the software
• Modify the software and re-distribute the modified version

The GPL license does not allow you to:

• Take the source code and imbed this into a program that is not offered under the terms of GPL.

The only place GPL source code can be placed is into another GPL program. The only exception to this rule is the Library General Public License which allows library code that is provided under the terms of LGPL to be linked or embedded into non-GPL software. Future Lab library code is not licensed under LGPL as I do not approve of commercial developers having access to free library code and not sharing the results (program).

It is my hope that others will also want to contribute and help me build and enhance this GPL software.

GPL software is offered without any guarantees or support. A variety of support programs are available for individuals or companies that require technical support or training.
